How to Get DGFT Digital signature Certificate ?

DGFT Digital Signature Certificates 

• This type of digital certificate is created only for Importer/Exporter community.
• This certificate is made compulsory for all importer/exporter, who want to apply for DEPB/DES/EFT/etc. online to DGFT.
• Using this certificate they can save 50% of their license application fees.
• Both types of certificates can be renewed.

Digital signature Certificates and DGFT 
Digital Certificates for the importer and exporter community can be used to securely log on to the DGFT Online License Filing Application and can be used to electronically sign the License Application Form, which is filled online. It ensures that the data is secure and cannot be viewed or altered by any unauthorized person. It will also improve on response time taken while applying for a license with DGFT.

Documents needed for Proprietorship: 

 • Pan of the Proprietor 

 • Bank Statement (Latest 2 months) or GSTR 3B Filed Copy (Latest 2 months) 

 • GST Registration copy. 

• IEC Certificate. 

Documents needed for Partnership firm: 

 • PAN Copy of Applicant. 

• PAN Copy of Authorizing Partner. 

• Organizational PAN Card. 

 • List of Partners with seal and signature on Company letter head. 

• GST registration Copy. 

• Bank Statement (Latest 2 months) or GSTR 3B Filed Copy (Latest 2 months)

• Attested copy of Partnership Deed (First 2 pages). 

• IEC Certificate. 

Documents needed for Private or Limited companies: 

 • PAN of Applicant. • PAN of Authorizing Director. • Organizational PAN Card • List of Directors with seal and signature on letter head • Bank Statement (Latest 2 months) or GSTR 3B Filed Copy (Latest 2 months) • Incorporation Certificate • Article and Memorandum of Association (First 2 pages) • GST registration copy • IEC Certificate.
